Hrithik Roshan born on 10th January, 1974 is a leading Bollywood actor. He is the son of another leading Bollywood actor of yesteryears Rakesh Roshan. He started his career acting in many movies as a child actor from early 1980’s. His debut movie ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai’ along with Ameesha Patel, released in the year 2000, won him the Filmfare award for not only as the best debutante actor but also as the best actor award. His career started taking a leap the moment the movie went on to become one of the best box office hits and he became a household name and an overnight star. The film won a total of 102 awards and even entered in ‘The Limca Book of Records’. Till today he has acted in more than 20 films.
He has an elder sister Sunaina and his uncle Rajesh Roshan is a leading Bollywood music director. During his childhood days, he was suffering from a speech disorder called ‘stammering’. He is also having one extra thumb alongside his right thumb which he feels to be his lucky charm. The thumb is often hidden in most of his movies. He has completed his graduation in commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai.
‘Koi… Mil Gaya’, released in 2003 was another blockbuster hit. Both the films, ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai’ and ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’ were directed by his father Rakesh Roshan and both turned out to be box office hits. He has also acted in science fiction movies such as ‘Krrish’, which is also directed by Rakesh Roshan. The movie earned around USD.23.30 million in the year 2006. In the year 2011, his wax replica was installed at the famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, London. He is the 5th Indian actor to receive such coveted honor. He is currently working in his home production movie ‘krrish-3’.
He tied his knot in the year 2000 with his sweetheart Suzanne Khan and they have two sons namely Hrehaan and Hridhaan. He has not yet been romantically involved with any heroine and till today has a very clean image in the film industry.

Deepika Padukone, born on 5th January, 1986 is a leading Bollywood actress and model. She has acted in many Hindi, Tamil and Kannada movies. She is the daughter of Prakash Padukone (former badminton player and winner of the All England Championship in the year 1980). Her mother was working for a travel agency. Deepika herself is a state badminton player but she chose modeling and acting as a career instead of becoming a sportsperson. She is also having a younger sister Anisha Padukone who is a national golfer.
Her first Bollywood movie ‘Om Shanti Om’ was released in the year 2007 and she won the Filmfare best female debut. She started her acting career in 2006 in a Kannada movie. She was rumored to be romantically linked with a budding Bollywood actor Harman Baweja, but they broke up and now she is seen to be in a relationship with Shahid Kapoor, the current heartthrob of many females and a leading Bollywood actor. Vidya Balan, born on 01st January, 1978 in Kerala, is a leading Bollywood actress. She has also acted in many Malayalam and Bengali movies. Her parents, father P.R. Balan is the Vice President of ETC Channel while her mother is a housewife. She has an elder sister Priya Balan. Vidya Balan completed her high school from St. Anthony Girls High School located at Chembur, Mumbai and then completed her graduation in sociology at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
